From everything I've read, it's not like you can enroll for a budget price of $60 a month, and then go hogwild and actually use like $200 the next month, because you'll get billed for that overage.
In doing research on this, it seems like almost everybody recommends enrolling in the budget plan. The main reasons are because they know what they'll have to pay each month and because if they use less than what they pay for by the end of the year, they may get a month or two where they don't have to pay anything. But some people have said they still ended up owing money at the end of the year.
So, is it just, in reality, redistributing your payments or is there something I'm missing?
