I don't really find it that interesting. So Nintendo essentially made a legal ROM hack, then put it on a contest cartridge. Yeah, I get that it's rare
but it's not like some prototype or unreleased game that would at least have something interesting and unique on it.

Still---the concept of out of press, extremely rare material doesn't interest me either. but the idea of this being a game cartridge, and not something in the field of antiques, currency, or decor, begs the question: why. even understanding such a price on a version of a more known game seems ridiculous --reminds me of Crawls post about his step-fathers investment in beanie babies hahahah sorry crawl-thats neither here nor there |
