The motion doesn't bother me so much as the fact it doesn't "line up" if you understand what I mean by that. Strangely, it does at the very top, and for most of your "Other Writings" page (it gets messed up at the very bottom for some reason). Did you reuse the image for the background of your table for the data part?

If you want me to, I can load up Animation Shop and cut out a frame of that gif for your background.

Because I was bored, I redid your front page from scratch in Notepad.

I don't know how you can save that to your computer. So, I saved the code for both the Index and the Style sheet as .txt files. Right click and save these to your harddrive, then change "index.txt" to "index.htm" or "index.html", and "style.txt" to "style.css"

Okay, when I try to Save As index.txt it converts itself to an HTML file, but style.txt stayed style.txt. Huh.

Okay, I don't get this at all. When I try saving either Index.htm or Index.txt back to my harddrive, the images don't come in even though they all have the correct names. If you have that problem as well, try viewing the source on the page, select everything the copy-paste it into Notepad, then save that as "index.html". Course, you'll need to have all those images in the same folder, and I think if you just "Save As" the page you're looking at it changes all the picture names.

If you open it up in Notepad, the code should be straightforward enough for you to figure out what does what, but if not feel free to ask.

I don't know what font and size you were using and looking at the original source code made my head spin, so you need to open the style.css file in Notepad, go to the line that says:

color : white; font-family : arial narrow; font-size : small;}

and then after "font-family" put the font you want (preferrably a common one), and put a number after "small". The larger the number the larger the font. Depending on the actual font, ~10-15 should be good.
