so i cant find a reasonable way to cut or copy text from my paint or works or files to paste online here.
even scanned a printout of works game list-had to color a green backdrop sheet so my scanner would read the whole paper and then tried to convert the more user friendly jpeg to here and...
lets try this...
not even any control commands will get it right...
spent over an hour formatting the list to my files and im stil typing it in hahahaha

before I found FO,
i had already downloaded a free version of winamp to play a .smf (i think) file
it was supposedly the Secret of Evermore OST.
went ahead and uninstalled and deleted soe file after multiple attemps at configuration.


G-NSF - this seems like one to try...

works out because winamp left a program on my computer that I cant delete without first contacting administration.

guess it was just the idea that this computer was just purchased -thought I needed to gain some experience before I went and started downloading things.

I definitely want to convert to mp3.

it seems like i would need FTP to have online storage to be able to link here...
didnt want to try anything.

Zophars domain has almost everything in NSF....but I still prefer your rating system.

is there a way to do it through HTML? or an easier way to put wav files up here?

all these different
cant get an easy fix using C:\ with a music file

and the little music box in my profile has went from random marks of punctuation,to a red X in a box,and also a clear box with a dot in the center.
1 time my computer let me know that an active x was blocked(windows media player)----I allowed it to run,but it did nothing.

frustrating-

the file is in wav format.---which has made me wonder of all the times that i have ripped music to my computer.
I had the rip bar in format windows media audio pro with the bit rate at its highest up until today. - 192 Kbps(kilobytes per second?) lol

now that the other formats are becomming necessary,it was easy to notice that some of the other formats rip music at a much higher bit rate. like wav-at 1411.2 Kbps.

I havent tried burning anything to dics using a different format than windows media pro.
will sound quality or "texture" improve at a higher bit rate?
wav has the highest bit rate setting.

so should i go through my library and rerip albums using a different format?
I have burnt a few discs from my library...dont know if a different format would affect CD readability.

I have much to learn-I cant waste time on things like my profile image

I've made some progress with the G-NSF player. It comes with some drawbacks. When I went to reformat the saved .WAV files,I thought what I would do,since the player doesnt have a mp3 converter,is drag any of the saved .WAV files to my playlist in media player.I thought that by burning these to a disc,and then ripping that disc,I would have command over the consistency of my media player.When the songs were dragged to the burn disc playlist,the media player put up a little red x to the left of the .wav tracks.Media player couldn't decipher how long the track was.
I tried some other methods to get .wav to mp3 with the programs I have now.I tried reformatting the files that I had converted from the NSF files I had saved.No success yet.
This is not that disappointing because my media player will play .wav media.
Another drawback to the G-NSF player--
As I'm saving and sampling music,I come across NSF files that don't sound like it's original music. While playing a file,the setting bar has the equalizer bars showing their feed.As the song plays,it is noticable by just watching these bars that :
A.the NSF file hasnt saved or converted all of the information the cartridge stored.
or
B.the G-NSF is not working efficiently enough.

I took a break from all of that.
I know that there are settings on the G-NSF player that I am not familiar with at all.The player can format memory and other things that I'll have to find time to learn about. I'm doubting that learning the functions of the player will make the songs sound closer to their intended layout.

this seemed to be the best free online storage.
problem is that I think one has to make an account to download anything thats posted.This video should be viewable.
think its 2GB free,and this looks like the only way to embed music stored on the site.
All it takes is an e-mail address and a password and its ready to browse,download,and store your files.

I would like to find a more accessible domain--one that all I would have to do is copy and paste a shortcut or something to be able to right click and save any music file thats posted....or to have the link play when clicked.

any better ideas anybody?

I only have Yahoo mail at the moment--it would take awhile,but I could attach the music to e-mails and see whether FO likes them enough to add to her video game mp3 section.

now that I found that out- thats downloaded....lets try to see if media player will recognize the length of the track so it can be burnt and then ripped to mp3.

apparently the 4shared site doesn't have a insert media player that will play .wav files.

FFT-30 Remnants mp3 has already been downloaded 4 times!
