The Barrel Volcano music is called "Barrel Volcano", so why isn't the Nimbus Land music just called "Nimbus Land"? Maybe they should have called the Barrel Volcano music, "Let's Blow Our Noses and Watch the Snot Fly Everywhere!".

When I put the Nimbus Land music from Super Mario RPG on my site, I'm calling it "Nimbus Land", not "Let's Do the Fooka-Fooka!"

Well, to be honest Super Mario RPG is a pretty strange game. Can you think of any examples from other games?
Although that is rather strange, even for SMRPG. Even the forest music is called "Beware the Forest Mushrooms" which actually has something to do with the setting.
I live on the internet.

I cannot read "I Sawed the Demons," the title of a Doom song without picturing some retarded Looney Toons character with a lisp.

Not necessarily stupid, but I don't see what "Leaving the Body 'Freely'" from Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles has to do with a village
of Selkies.
And what has to be the longest titles for video game track I've come across: "Into the Garden of the Dark Night Where the Moon Butterflies Sway" (Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean). "You ate the wall?? Are you insane?"-Trill, Baten Kaitos |

FFT - __bloody excrement when I think of what the word 'excrement' means, shit usually comes to mind aaaahhhhhh In the game - in the sound options - if I set the game to wide audio setting, have my audio through my stereo and have the volume on the TV muted, the noise that came with moving the cursor would vanish....all that would be audible is the music and some of the effects--all with a sweet distortion from the wide setting |

Yeah, I noticed that one, too, and it raised my eyebrow.
F-Zero X has some real winners. Especially, Fall Down to the Scream Decide in the Eyes The Long Distance of Murder Crazy Call at Cry Drivin' Through the Max Climb Up! And Get the Last Chance! I'd almost think those were translation problems, except that since almost all of them are like that, it seems they were intentionally made to be nonsensical. The Ogre Battle series has a few goofy ones, too, like "Santa's Coming" and "Rrrowf!" |

The title of the song "Humoresque of a Little Dog," which is the song that plays in the stores in the Mother/Earthbound games always struck me as
odd.

"Spinach Rag" from Final Fantasy 6. Yes, I know what a "rag" in regards to music is, and I know that's the style that song is done in,
but I still can't help but picture a slimy cloth made of spinach leaves.
