That was a really good one.
I love how stupid people are on Youtube. The guy clearly says this is done with a gameshark code, but there's at least one guy in the comments having a fit and trying to prove that this video is some kind of scam. That happens with tool assisted videos, too. |

It's funnier when you're playing the game, because it just comes out of nowhere. Gotta love how the dog strikes a heroic pose, and then jumps 6
feet in the air.

You only have to watch the first 38 seconds. I couldn't find a video of just the call.

speedrun of first few main objectives in deus ex. pretty much skipped half of them and all sub-objectives by accessing certain areas earlier than he should, and ignoring/gassing most enemies. |

game ending of Castlevania - Legacy of Darkness N64 --Came across this after watching a speedrun of the same game. The glitch is some code that allows Cornell to stay in werewolf form. watching a speedrunis much better than finding time to play certain games

The speedrun of Super Mario Kart on Speed Demos Archive is bad. I can beat it.
Tonight I'll try to make a video of me beating his Special Cup time with poisoned Bowser.
Edit: I already recorded it. I'll get it on YouTube as soon as I can. Here's a comparison of times: Donut Plains 3 Him: 1'26''63 Me: 1'20''17 -- not bad. I raced a little sloppily at the end but didn't lose more than a second or so. Koopa Beach 2 Him: 1'06''88 -- he even relinquishes first place for a few seconds. Bad form in a speedrun, really! Me: 1'00''88 -- I'm happy. No big mistakes or anything. Ghost Valley 3 Him: 1'22''31 Me: 1'24''61 -- missed the fast start and played very sloppy. I'm lucky I didn't fall. I didn't try the shortcut even when I got a feather. Vanilla Lake 2 Him: 1'01''88 Me: 1'03''44 -- missed the fast start and got squashed right from the start. Besides that I played fine, though a close brush with Toad frightened me. Rainbow Road Him: 1'35''30 Me: 1'27''66 -- I played cautiously (though nowhere near as cautiously as he did) and avoid any major flaws Overall Him: 6'33''00 Me: 6'16''76

That was impressive! You could theoretically improve on that even if you can fix those errors.

Thanks! Right now I'm uploading a video that's below 6'00'' without speed-boosting items despite getting crushed on Vanilla Lake
again. Luckily I raced quite solidly elsewhere, making up somewhat for the mistake.
I'm considering recording all the other cups both small and large but I'll need more practice to produce good times. I'm much better at Special Cup than at anything else. |

Star Cup. It's not nearly as clean as the Special Cup run but I think the funny way I avoided getting crushed on the last lap of Mario Circuit 4 is worth watching. |
