Howdy, I've been visiting to your site for a few years now(searching for videogame music got me here) and finally got around to making a username.
Anywho, now for the topic at hand. I just recently played through The Magic of Scheherazade fell in love with it, and read through you shrine here. I have some comments you might like for your 'Oddities' page.
You mention the Yen symbol on Gun Meca's chest. It turns out that in Arabian Dream Scheherazade(the Japanese version) you actually have to pay Gun Meca for his translation services. it would seem the Yen symbol is some sort of coin-slot indicator.
You also mention that Goragora seems to be based off of the Roman god Janus. Goragora could also be based off of the Hindu god Brahma, who has 4 faces in each direction. Goragora could even be based off of Lucifer's appearance in the Divine Comedy, where he is said to have 3 faces that are chewing on Judas, Brutus, and Cassius. (since only 3 of Goragora's faces are actually visible)
It's also worth noting that the Cimaron Tree is apparently named after the mispronounciation of cinnamon rolls as 'cimmaron rolls' from a famous Jack Benny sketch. Cosidering cinnamon spice comes from the bark of a tree, this could be a true reference.
Please let me know what you think.
