Violations:
Rule #7: Obvious spam links in signature. Attempted to disguise the links by giving them misleading text. Example: One of the links said something like, "Play Sonic 3", but the URL was for a marketing site.
Rule #10: Broke Yuku's TOS by posting spam in topics. Attempted to disguise the spam by making meaningless replies. Examples: (1) Copy-pasted a Wikipedia article about Lisa Loeb word-for-word in an attempt to make it seems like he was adding to a Lisa Loeb conversation. (2) Made one generic response to a post about favorite bands, saying he was going to make a list (but didn't actually post a list), and the post looked to be only about half-finished because the final sentence cut off in the middle.

Violations:
Rule #1: Extremely poor demonstration of site knowledge. User complained about topics of cartoon discussion on the forums of a website owned by an amateur cartoonist and cartoon sketch writer.
Rule #2: Multiple counts of flamebait replies. Making unmotivated hostile replies to various users. If user doesn't agree with someone's opinions, he demands reasons for them. When reasons are given, user ignores them and offers strawman arguments in their place, then continues to make demands.

Rule #9: Multiple counts of derailing topics. At least two topics had to be split due to user's inappropriate behavior.
Rule #10: User made possible threat to perpetrate mail fraud if he were to see a game trading topic. User is a known scammer who has conned people on various game trading boards out of games and money (see file notes below). This is violation of Port Saiid's Policy and Yuku TOS:

Violations:
Rule #2: Complaining about "community in-jokes", making unmotivated hostile responses to long-time members Crawl and 1000 and BJ Strykes.
Rule #11: Repeat offender known in some community circles as "Slayer". Posting pattern characterized by:
-Username that sounds "Japanese", is somehow NES-related, or both.
-Misuse of English words. Seems to attempt using "big words" to appear more intelligent, but invariably uses them wrong. Generally tends to have bad grammar and spelling.
-Pretends to be "new", but inevitably demonstrates intimate knowledge of community that could not be possible without having been around for years and read a lot of posts.
-Particularly hostile towards certain members of the forums, such as myself, BJ Strykes, and Lord Vyce (Troy), possibly over Game Pond General Discussion fiasco in 2001.
Rule #13: General Stupidity: Inciting a decade-old forum war.
File Notes:
This user might possibly be the same as Nintendawg/Nintendood or is at least associated with him. The IP locations are in the same general area.
Offsite Evidence of User's Hostile and Malicious Behavior - Entry under "NES Channel Forums" suggests user hacked site in question. User's alleged response demonstrates typically bad grammar and aggressive nature.
ShnooWorld Comment Indicates Similar Behavior - User confessed under the name "Arfgard" to "aggressively flaming" people under sock puppet accounts. Later deleted evidence of his confession by editing out all of his posts.

Violations:
Rule #2: First post made in forum was inappropriately hostile. Claimed that the type of post he made is what he does for a living and we should thank him for not getting charged for it. Note that supposed "professional advice" in post-in-question was basically "Don't use Norton".

Rule #2: Multiple counts of flamebait replies.
Rule #6: Evidence found that proved user was pulling the same prank at multiple sites. User then created a website to complain that the people on those other sites were "being mean" to him.
Rule #13: General stupidity: Excessive use of bad grammar, no punctuation, and misspellings.
Nintendawg/Nintendood
Violations:
Rule #1: Demonstrated particularly poor knowledge of the site when he couldn't tell that users "Chester Hallet" and "Chancey Tomsaro" are RAU Gallery "in-character" accounts and attempted serious flamewar with them.
Rule #2: Numerous counts of flamebait replies.
Rule #10: Broke Yuku's TOS with attempted forum flood.
Rule #11: Repeated attempts to avert intitial ban with multiple accounts.
Rule #13: General Stupidity: Attempted Hostile Forum Takeover of the Nonsense Forum.
Prince Watercress
Violations:
Rule #2: Making snide replies to posts, often by "hiding" it in the subject line of his reply. Harassed various members through email and private message system.
Rule #3: Constantly trying to enforce other board's rules on us. Complained to both moderators and admins about "double posting".
Rule #4: Continued to play "Spam Police" after repeated requests to stop making new topics to point out spam topics.
Rule #8: Complaining when a 300 post topic was locked and accusing me of making up the rule on the spot. Note: This user was already aware of this rule from participating in the Game Progress Topics.
Rule #10: Broke Yuku's Terms of Service by attempted board flooding.
Rule #13: General Stupidity: Attempted Hostile Forum Takeover of the Nonsense Forum. Attempted to rationalize telling people they weren't allowed to post there without his permission by claiming, "It's a nonsense forum, I can do whatever I want."

Captain Tall Mike Bismuth van der Bulge
Violations:
Rule #9: Derailing topics by posting very large, non-relevant images.
Rule #10: Arguing that his disruptive behavior was legal by Ezboard's TOS.
Rule #13: Bragging that I could do nothing to stop him from being disruptive.
Viper Diamond
Violations:
Rule #1: Demonstrated particularly poor site knowledge when he claimed that parody descriptions of RAU characters were based on him and Game Pond GD members. Despite substantial evidence produced to prove the characters exist, have existed for years, and were created by me, user still insisted otherwise and threatened to attack forums unless topic was deleted.
Rule #2: Multiple counts of flamebait posts and topic derailment. Complained constantly about "too many Transformers topics" while making no indication of what he thinks people should be discussing. Making particularly hostile responses to BJ Strykes and CataTonic9 over 2001 Game Pond fiasco.
Rule #3: Multiple counts of attempting to enforce Game Pond rules on Port Saiid, despite having declared independence from that community. Multiple counts of "Mayflower" posting - user pretended he was completely unaware of any of the events of the breakup and made hostile responses to anyone who recounted those events, calling people liars for saying things that were true (even after evidence was produced in some cases), and insisting that we had to continue to "respect" people that had mistreated, stolen from, and lied to us for years.
Rule #5: Attempted Stranglehold Scam in final post on forum.
Rule #6: Multiple counts of blaming members in good standing of Port Saiid for personal life problems. User seemed to have mental and social problems - refused suggestions of seeking professional help.
Multiple counts of user blaming Port Saiid (and me in particular) of destroying sites and message boards without producing a shred of proof or even saying what sites and boards they were. User also attempted to bring problems from an offsite, unaffiliated chatroom to Port Saiid and reacted in a hostile manner when he was asked not to, as per forum policy.
Rule #9: See Rule #2. User was also posting song lyrics in random topics not related to songs, music, lyrics, or the bands he was quoting.
Rule #10: Broke Yuku's TOS during attempted board flooding. Was possibly involved in similar flooding attacks on DHN and The Game Pond around the same time. (Flooding attacks at those forums followed user's pattern of hatred towards particular forum members, such as BJ Strykes, CataTonic9, and Mercury Crusader.) User also attacked flyingomelette.com email and (now-defunct) guestbook system.
Rule #11: User claimed to be from the Game Pond since the beginning, yet evidence proves the name did not exist there until about September 2001, two months before the breakup. User either lied about community involvement or is a repeat problem user masquerading under a sock puppet account. User has inflated post total, possibly from exploiting ezboard glitch.
Rule #13: General stupidity. User may also have had some involvement in several site hackings around the same time he was an active member. Note that messages left on hacked sites fit with user's posting patterns and personal vendettas towards certain people. Also note that board flooding, email flooding, and site hackings came to an abrupt end right after the user in question was banned.
