Why are film makers still using this as a selling point? Isn't the movie about twelve years old now?
I mean, it was a stretch for The Day After Tomorrow to use it, but now 10,000 B.C. is using it. One ad I saw for it only included The Day After Tomorrow in the "from the makers" intro, but Independence Day has popped in in things like the theatrical trailer. Don't those guys have anything on their resume other than a movie that was mostly driven by Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum? A movie that, with hindsight, wasn't really that good?
