Cool ass snow is when it closes businesses and we get to stay home. In order
to do that, we need at least a level 2 snow emergency -- that's a recommendation to stay off the roads. At level 3, it's actually illegal to be on the
roads. That's what we had last year on Valentine's Day.
What we have is a fucking level 1 snow emergency. That means ... we're supposed to drive safe. In other words, nothing. Nothing (for adults) is closed, but we have to drive through a bunch of shit and over ice. It would have been better to have had no snow.
