That was also the name of the character in TimeStalkers. TimeStalkers was the last game in the "Stalker" series made after the more talented people from that company split (the more talented ones made Alundra 2 after they left), so the plot thickens...

Edit - Okay, well Crawl was picking on me for saying that the TimeStalkers crowd was less talented than the Alundra 2 crowed without having actually played TimeStalkers, since both games got bad reviews from critics.

The thing of it is, though, is that I couldn't figure out what was bad about Alundra 2 from the reviews. It was usually things like:

... the story isn't related to the first game.
... you hit things with a sword
... the bosses are difficult and you'd need to have good arcade skills to beat them
... blocks fly around the screen

But the complaints I've seen made about TimeStalkers seem more legitimate to me.

Anyway, something seems weird about that. The character looks like Flint and has the same name as the TimeStalkers guy and yet I can't find any connection between that game and Climax, Matrix, or Contrail.
