Mine is working good right now. It's not a launch system, it's from a few months after. Only technical problem I've had is that disc drive was making a weird noise when the disc would initially start spinning or when it would stop spinning when you exit to main menu after playing. It isn't doing that anymore, though.

I think most of the time, I play it for less than 2 hours since I like to take a lot of breaks unless it's a really compelling game. But I'm sure I've run it longer than 2 hours several times without any trouble. Enchanted Arms and Oblivion come to mind. I have the system sitting flat, not standing up, if that makes any difference.

In terms of game selection, it's not the best ever, but I think it's stronger than Wii and PS3 and still improving.
