There used to be a site that had an animated gif of the skin-melting sequence, but I can't find it now. Encyclopedia Obscura's The Horror! page may or may not be what you're thinking of (I believe you linked this page in the Bionic Commando exploding Hitler head oddity), but it has it. |

That might be what I was thinking of, and that certainly works, but I think there was a site called "NES Town" a long time ago that had the same
animation, but without it spinning at the end like that.
