Yet more evidence that people at Game Informer don't really think about what they're writing.

Does (could) this apply to any boss other than Vergil?

A lot of games that have great bosses don't let you "max out" your hero, anyway, so much of that is generally irrelevant.

And in most games, the bosses and your character aren't really comparible. Could you even want to switch places with, say, the final boss of Mars Matrix? What would that entail, exactly? As the flower form, you could sit totally motionless. I guess you could fire thousands of bullets in a pretty pattern, but how exactly would a player control that?


Usually, the only bosses that are similar enough to the players' characters that they even could be controlled by a player would be fighting game bosses. And, whaddaya know, many of those games do let you play as the bosses.

Dude, there's such a thing as context. The only connection A Link to the Past had to this topic was a statement about having orgasms from liking it. So, a further statement about the game is either a reflection on that statement, or random schizophrenic word spewage.

That whole list is pretty stupid. Basically every NES game made is on it. Games that are easy are on it because they're easy. And games that aren't easy are on it because "I beat it without dieing in ony 30 minutes!! [after owning and practicing the game for years!!]" Or, like the above, "This game is considered impossible, but it's SO EASY! I can make it all the way to stage 2!!"


I think when lists like that are made, people just want to contribute, even if the material they have is inappropriate.
