Filter is a show where they count down the top 10 of some category. This show has always struck me as incompetent, flag-waving fan service, but this episode took the cake.
Now, the host always says things like "This list was voted on by YOU the VIEWER, so if you don't like it, don't blame us." That's not entirely true, though, as people can't vote for whoever they want. They have to vote on 25 or so preselected choices. So if I think Hiruko or Zizzy Balloobba should be represented but they're not on the list, tough titty. I wasn't able to find the bosses that were on the candidate list but weren't selected.
As for the list, I obviously don't need to speak about its quality, as that's self evident. But I do have two comments. First, who the fuck put CERBERUS from God of War on the list? It's not even a boss! It's just a regular enemy you fight after a cutscene. (And they didn't even spell it right, to boot.)
Second, people will vote for Sephiroth with no regard for what they're voting for. Septhiroth could win a poll about which videogame character has the coolest gun.
EDIT: Somewhere on that site it says "Best bosses", but the show was touted as "Toughest bosses."
