I received an error while shopping on iTunes. It said that there was a problem processing and that I should attempt the transaction a second time. However, I was charged for two purchases when I did this. I asked for a refund for the second purchase and received this response:
Dear Harry,
I've carefully considered your request for a refund for "Colbert Report Season Pass". While I understand that this video purchase was unintentional, I regret to inform you that your request has been denied. As stated in the iTunes Store Terms of Sale, all sales are final.
Please review the Terms of Sale:

To avoid unintentional purchases in the future, you can configure iTunes to use the Shopping Cart. That way, you can review your selections before paying for them. I encourage you to read the following article for more information:
Instructions for using the iTunes Store shopping cart

It's not all bad news. The good news with this duplicate charge is that you'll be extending your viewing pleasure of the Colbert Report by an additional 16 episodes, bringing it to a total of 32.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Erik
