I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a "Game-a-Thon". In a Game-a-Thon, you try to beat as many games as possible in a week's time. Of course, we'd have to go on an "honor" system, since we have no real way of proving what games we've beaten. Even if no one else is interested, well, then I'll just challenge myself. :)
Anyway, here are the rules:
1. This only counts for games you've beaten after reading and replying to this thread. You must reply before beating any games so that I'll know you're participating.
2. Games must be started from the beginning. In other words, if you have a game with a save file near the end, you can't start up from the file, beat the game, and count it.
3. You do not have to complete everything in a game. For example, if you choose Super Mario Bros. 3, you don't have to complete every world. Just make it to and beat the final boss however way you want.
4. You can play any game for any system, and you can play games you've already beaten. In fact, I'd recommend sticking to games you've already beaten at first.
5. You can play on emulators so long as you don't use the emulator to "cheat".
6. No invincibility codes! (Though you can use invincibility in games where it's legally allowed without codes, ie, the Starman in Super Mario Bros., shields in Gradius, etc.)
That's all I can think of. I'm gonna get started right away!
