As you may or may not be able to tell, this game would be intended for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Why? Because any system which makes it a standard to have "Super" in front of any title kicks ass.
The premise of the game: Siddhartha, the happy-go-lucky son of a Brahmin in the mystical sub-continent of India is discontented by his endless journey to become one with Brahman at the expense of Atman. Young and foolish, Siddhartha ventures out to become a Samana in order to leave Brahman and find Atman. Through fasting and meditation, he gains mental discipline until he can hypnotise an old Samana with the help of his ally, Govinda. After this, Siddhartha goes on to find more spiritual guidance. This time, he seeks it from the one they call "Gotama Buddha". Upon discovering that the words of Gotama do not appeal to his soul, Siddhartha abandons Govinda to find his inner self. Does Siddhartha have what it takes to reach Nirvana? Hmm?
Alright, so I haven't worked out all of the details, but any game involving Siddhartha has to be kickass. I'll reduce it down to these core concepts: trekking through the wilderness, gaining wisdom, and becoming one with the self and the universe.
It should play like an action RPG, fighting enemies such as walking pieces of bread, animated clothing articles, and floating rolls of toilet paper with non-violence and possessing their souls through meditation. The game is played in real time, taking as many as fifty years to complete, concluding with both the player and the in-game character realising the meaning of life.
