I liked the Captain N section, too. I was also happy to see that my ActRaiser sprite gallery was of use to someone. =)

Don't worry about your reviews looking like mine. Something like that wouldn't bother me. I'm still debating about dropping the category format and going with essay format, but it's not an easy decision or an easy change to make. (I don't know if anyone noticed, but there was no play control section for the Lufia 2 review. That's the first time I ever dropped a section from a review.) It just takes time to find something you're comfortable with.

Oh, and I'm really serious when I say that I think my old writing is bad. I do think I'm improving, and I think that it's helped me a lot to read a lot of professional movie reviews, like Roger Ebert's. But much of my old writing is dull, and I'd often repeat the same thing from section to section. (How many times in that SF2010 review did I say it's not like the other Street Fighter games?) However, a few positive things I can say about those old reviews is that I don't think they misrepresent any games and I think that, even if it's not exciting to read, my reasons for liking or disliking the games are clear enough, and they give you a good idea of what a game is like.
