Jurassic Park (SNES) - Once you activate the motion sensors, it essentially functions like radar.

Solaris (Atari 2600) - You have that little rectangle in the middle of your status bar.

Defender (Arcade/Atari) - That rectangle at the top is your radar. I remember how the intruction manuals for this game would always suggest you learn to play by watching the radar. That never really seemed to make sense to me. Why not just watch the normal screen? You can't see bullets on the radar, IIRC.

Defender 2/Stargate - Same as Defender.
