*Very loud, high-pitched yell*

Two things last night made me want to throw my PSX controller into the TV screen.

First off, I was playing Dragon Valor for the PSX. I beat that dragon that killed Elena... and CLOVIS GETS KILLED OFF AND REPLACED WITH HIS BORING SON!!! Did Namco not learn from Sega and Phantasy Star III? Most players don't like it when the game spends time trying to made the player like a character and then pitch them aside and replace them with their son. At least I got to play as Rhys for more than an hour.

If Clovis doesn't come back, something's going smashy.

The second thing was... I bought Castlevania Chronicles from Gamestop on Monday. Only NOW did I decide to look at the back of the box and realize it was a port of the original Castlevania.

Odd; I paid $30 for Nightmare in Dreamland, unaware it was a Kirby's Adventure port. At that same location, I paid $30 (well, I was returning a defective Mega Man Legends that knocked $7 off the price, and I had that 10% discount card, so it was about $21. But the price tag was $30) for Castlevania Chronicles, unaware it was a Castlevania port.

Fun Cat Fact of the Moment:

Dwight Eisenhower hated cats. He hated them so much that he banned them from the White House and ordered his staff to shoot any cats caught on White House grounds. :O
