I was doing my homework last night, but needed some music. A CD I recently burned. I recalled hearing you could pop Wild 9 into a CD player (or in this case, the CD Player on the PSX) and listen to its music. I skipped through the tracks, but stopped at Track 10 when I found a delightful surprise. Turns out, the PC version of Earthworm Jim's "Use Your Head" background music was ported directly into Wild 9 (the only thing that's different is the song loops a second time before going onto that short finale on the PC EWJ, while on Wild 9 it only plays once). It got me interested in playing the game again to see where that music plays in the game.

After I finished my homework, I played the real game. I FINALLY got some continues by collecting 99 Gears in... Gulag, I think. The fun stage with Nitro blowing all the doors open for you. I went through it twice, and got a couple of extra lives a Continues. I could never get 99 Gears in Bombopoplis.

Fun Cat Fact of the Moment:

Dwight Eisenhower hated cats. He hated them so much that he banned them from the White House and ordered his staff to shoot any cats caught on White House grounds. :O
