Finished a few more stages today. Did Blizzard Man's first, as it was logical after Flame Man's. The flame attack allowed me to access some hidden items blocked by ice. There was an interesting section where you walk on top of a ship or submarine. The water level rises and falls, raising the ship closer to the ceiling... where spikes are. There are also times where it sinks down towards more spikes. So you have to be careful. There were little platforms that count down to zero and blow up... reminded me of similar things in Super Mario World. Blizzard Man wasn't too tough... I used Flame Man's attack some, but it was kind of hard to aim. Finished the fight with the default weapon. He used snowflakes to attack, and I think he also rolled at you in kind of a snowball form.

Yamato Man's stage was next. For a place called Impregnable Fortress, it sure was easy. I thought Yamato Man itself would be a tough fight, and I initially used an energy tank but still lost. Then I fought him again, and he was very simple. Hardly took any damage at all, as his attacks were very easy to avoid when I paid attention. Used the default weapon on him.

Finally, Centaur Man's stage. There were some parts of the level underwater with spikes in various places. I enjoy those kinds of areas, as the jumps are much harder to time... makes for an exciting level. There was also a place where water rises and falls... you have to wait until you're actually in the water to make certain jumps because of the distance involved.

Centaur Man was tough. Couldn't get his pattern down, so I just fought and used an energy tank or two. The game keeps providing plenty of them, so no reason not to I guess.

Not as good as MM5 so far, but still fun for the most part.
