Played some Chrono Trigger today. I don't even know the name of the place I went through, but its the first dungeon-type area in 2300 AD. Like most areas in that time period, I don't like it. The dreary graphics and unenjoyable music make the whole place a chore for me. I really enjoyed the scene where Robo joins your party for some reason. I think CT has the largest number of interestingly written characters. The only one I'm not too fond of is Ayla. I started the next dungeon area, I think it's called the Factory. It has a more interesting design than the other futuristic areas, and I enjoyed it a little more. Since you can only have three characters at once, I left Lucca behind to take Robo.

And as far as all the humans still living in that future time period... Chrono Cross does bring up one interesting point. When the gang changes history by defeating Lavos, they essentially are killing many of the people living in that time. Because with history altered, you can assume that many of them will probably never be born due to changed circumstances and such.
