If you're really good at it, it's fun to run right through some of the long platform stretches that don't require you to sit still on a moving block.

A long time ago, I was so good at Tick Tock Clock, that one time I ran all the way through it, from bottom to highest point (which I think is the Thwomp) without stopping. And the clock's mechanisms were stopped, so I had to pull off that well-time wall-kick in one shot, and I did it. I wasn't in-practice enough to pull that off on my recent replay, though.
