In waiting for Albert Odyssey, Legend of Oasis, and In the Hunt to arrive, I've had my Saturn hooked up. I've played the following games since I hooked it up...

Rise 2: Ressurection - A very irritating button mashing fighter about a bunch of robots. I've tried the "Hadouken" combo a bunch of times with all the buttons, and nothing's come up. There's no move lists, and the manual only lists two moves for each robot. At least Galaxy Fight was fairly responsive and had simple combos. Plus, Gunter's ten times more awesome than all the robots in this game combined. Actually, most of the Galaxy Fight characters were ten times more interesting than all the robots in this game combined (I don't like G.Dome nor Roomi).

Darius Gaiden - I likes. This is one of the prettiest Saturn games I've played so far (well, I think it's colorful). I only made it to the second stage, chose Section C, and got my butt kicked.

I've also been doing a Shining the Holy Ark overhaul lately. I got the mansion in the woods, but didn't know how to get in. I didn't want to look up an FAQ, so I asked a guy at VGF about it. He didn't know. So, I looked up the FAQ, and as it turns out there was a puzzle in the Enrich Castle Dungeon I hadn't completed. I solved it, and made it a point to write down everything the skeleton told me. I then did some work in the mansion and found Basso in the hallway. I think I'm overleveled. He was at Lv. 10, and Arthur, Rodi, and Melody are all at Lv. 16.

Fun Cat Fact of the Moment:

Despite writing a gruesome tale of cat mutilation called The Black Cat, Edgar Allen Poe adored cats.
