I got two more morning pre-work Super Mario 64 stars today, both from Hazy Maze Cave.

The first was Navigating the Toxic Maze. I saw this star way before I earned it -- It's visible (but a fence blocks it) from the elevator that leads to the underground lake. It seemed like that if I'd be heading towards that star (from the lake elevator) I'd be moving towards the maze itself, so I reckoned that was the star the clue was refering to.

When I looked at the map (of the entire stage; the map of the maze area wasn't as helpful), it did indeed seem to have two exits (in addition to the useless exit), one of which seemed to lead to the area where the star was.

One of those exits must have been the A-Maze-ing Exit. I could see that exit from the floor of the maze. Accoring to the map, the other exit should be nearby. I couldn't see that one from the floor of the maze, but when I was near the other one, I got off to the side a little and used the first person mode to spot the other one.

The next star was Look Out for Rolling Rocks. Well, there was only part of that stage that had rolling rocks, so I went right there. Then, a combination of looking around and remember what I did to get the final red coins in Wet/Dry World earned me the star right away. While I didn't have any trouble earning that star, I have to admit I might not have found it without the "clue" (That is, the description of star).

At this point, I think some praise is due ... to myself! When I started this game, it didn't really wow me, and I didn't think it was all that intuitive. But I stuck with it, and have now not only beaten it, but have earned 20 extra stars on top of that. Yeah... I really am a great guy.
