Cleared out that mine in Darkwatch. It was a fairly long chapter. It also had some difficult parts. Up until this point, I never realized how important head shots are in this game. They're critical, in fact. You could kill an enemy in one or two hits that might otherwise take 20. To assist in actually making these shots, the game has a vampire mode... I forget the offical word for it. It basically makes your vision almost entirely red, except for items and enemies... it also zooms slightly. Anyway, the combination of the zoom and the clearly defined enemies make the head shots possible when they would otherwise be extremely difficult.

The most notable part of the mine was a really large area where you had to hit three switches to blast open a door. There were enemies all around you, some of them constantly regenerating.

One thing that's interesting about this game is that you have some extreme jumping ability thanks to being a vampire. Almost feels like flying sometimes, and even normal jumps feel like they're in low gravity.

The game gave me a bit of a headache... 'cause of the motion.
