I contacted Netflix customer service about how I received a duplicate of Star Trek: TNG Disc 7. I asked if I should mail both discs back in one envelope or send them separately.

The first response was useless and the second entirely irrelevant.

The first guy told me I should report problems using the Report a Problem link in My Account. There's nothing in there about getting an extra movie. I checked before I sent the message, I'm not an idiot. I replied to this and said the same, and added that I would return both movies in the same envelope.

The response to that was:
