FMA: Brotherhood concluded tonight. I thought it was a much more satisfying ending than the other series. I'd like to think it is because they provided more closure than the original FMA, but it's probably because it was just a more upbeat ending.

A few episodes in season 5 were really hard to take. When they started inventing their own logic to describe what energy was doing and how one could "enter" a homunculus, it started to lose me. The "becoming a god" thing didn't seem to serve much purpose, either, because Father didn't have much of an endgame in mind. There was a point where I didn't care if I finished because it was just getting awful. I'm glad I stuck it out, though.

I'm avoiding Adult Swim now. Durarara looks entertaining, but I really don't want to watch TV on Saturday night any more. I may get back into watching anime, but not for a while.
