I think it's likely that once Snowstorm is out on the floor, he'll be adopted quickly. He's pretty, he's friendly, and he's sponsored. Even the people at the shelter seem to really like him. I do feel bad that we couldn't keep him, but at least he's adjusted to his cage life for now, and I'm willing to bet that as much as he doesn't like being in a cage, he's probably at least happy to have a steady stream of available food (and to be warm and not having to live in that awful Ohio winter weather).

I did get a cat bed from Harbor Freight for about $6 with a 20% coupon, but I had forgotten how big they are. They're too big to put in a cage, but I donated it to the shelter anyway. The supervisor said she could put it in that new cat house.

It was in the back room, sitting on the washing machine, presumably to be washed soon, but a cute brown tabby was sleeping in it!
