And just for the record, "Cosirus" isn't exactly our last name. It's close, but it's more a concatenation of DH's last name and middle initial. The first names are right, though.

I am making the tetrazinni, but it seems kind of pointless as a way of using up left overs. It seems like this meal will be close to being as big as the original turkey dinner.

I couldn't find my original recipe, so I had to use one off the internet.

I'm not sure what I thought of that tetrazinni. The turkey was still sweet from the brining, but I don't know if that taste goes as well with tetrazinni as it did when the turkey was on its own. I also wonder if maybe tetrazinni would be better with all dark meat. The white meat had dried out a little.

(I almost always like dark meat more than white meat, and am almost mystified as to why white meat seems more popular)

But FO must have enjoyed it. She might not always tell me straight up if she likes or dislikes something, but she doesn't eat what she doesn't like, and she really dug into that.

She even had leftovers on Wednesday!

One of her other habits (along with not telling me if she likes something) is answering a question of mine with "Uh huh!" and then if I ask, "Really?", she'll say, "Nu-uh!"

She did that this morning, though I can't remember the question.
