Well, now I have a better understanding of what Roger Ebert may have meant when he called Charles Nelson Reilly "pathetic". Even when I was a kid, I was creeped out by adults on television claiming to be my "uncle". The only difference between then and now is that now I know why it creeps me out.

I think my favorite part of that video, however, is the part with the cartoon dogs in the snow. If he didn't mention they were mutts, I'd have no idea, because in the first scene they're all bundled up in winter clothes and standing far enough back from the camera that I couldn't tell what they are, and in the second scene the dog is covered up by an old-fashioned camera.
