Youtube should just remove the comments section altogether. I got a Firefox extension once that would filter out comments based on grammar and length, and it
pretty much blocked every comment made.

Bald Bull is a terrorist:
For some reason I still can't embed, I click the Embed icon and nothing happens. You can skip to 1:12 on the video, the first minute is just the guy going "I'M A GRATE GAMUR!" And you can stop watching at 2:28, the rest is just the guy going "THINK OF THE CHILDREN."

I just wanted to add I really don't think he's saying "Allah Akbar!" and he's just growling and grumbling. And if he was
supposed to say "Allah Akbar!" you'd think he'd save it for just before firing his Bull Charge or something instead of for a normal punch
Little Mac dodged anyway.

First time I've seen these games in a very long time. I had both for a little while. thinking if I should add them into my collection again

I think the idea is that this thread is for posting game glitches, oddities, and other items of particular interest, and not for videos of normal gameplay. But
that's for FO and Crawl to decide, I guess.

the one video is utilizing turbo controllers..?
I will look for glitches also ^^ one that I remember but haven't been able to do for years... Megaman 2-where if you press and hold buttons a certain way..the game will not let Megaman die-instead,he flashes through the level like a film projector out of film. I doubt if I'll be able to find it on Youtube.

I wondered what the point of the Track & Field 2 Arm Wrestling video even was until I looked at the description on YouTube. Apparently, if you give both
players a turbo controller, the match never ends.
Super Metroid debug room. This isn't the most exciting thing in the world. You can get the general idea after only a couple of minutes instead of watching all 5 minutes. |

The Hidden Palace Zone in a Sonic 2 Beta ROM. This is a stage that never made it into the final release of the game. I think it actually does exist in the final's ROM, but the graphics have been removed so it's unplayable, even if you hack your way into it. (This is from the Beta version of Sonic 2.) You can see that the player can only get so far, and then there's a tunnel blocked by a big green emerald. A developer in an interview said you were supposed to be able to break that emerald to continue. However, the level past the bottom of the tunnel is mostly underwater and incomplete, so the emerald was left unbreakable, as you can see when the player uses debugging codes to get past it. |

I learned about this a long time ago at The Odyssey of Hyrule, but this is the first I've ever seen a video of it (didn't want to try it myself for fear of messing up my game.) Anyway, by tilting the Zelda: OOT cartridge while in the Temple of Time (and I think you may need to enter a complicated code, too), a little yellow line appears above the heart container meter and some hidden messages pop up, followed by the remnants of a debugging mode. |

I've actually been in the cut Sonic 2 levels in the actual game. All of them are available from the game's level select menu (unlocked using a code.)
Of course, none of them are complete, and some of them drop you to your death at the very beginning, but hey.
I live on the internet.

and some hidden messages pop upWhenever I see stuff like that, it makes me wonder about the people behind the game. It's such a shame that videogames don't have serious "making of" documentaries, and that good interviews are also fairly rare. There would probably be so many interesting little stories and bits of trivia about each game. You occasionally see something that claims to be about the making of a game, usually includes as a preorder bonus, but it's usually more of an extended commercial. |

Stronghold Legends- here is what I have been getting good at. I have beentelling peoplemy idea (not inspired by this video) for a map named-Lycan birthright-for weeks now. But I had to reinstall recently and lost all of my maps and stuff ---so other maps come first. this trick is done with werewolves and werewolf launchers.--it would take some time to line up all the targets just right. The game is not hard to play.

Rygar glitches - He uses an NES Advantage and (presumably) turbo speed to perform a lot of these, but the ones he doesn't, such as scrolling the enemies away and getting on top of the hills in Garloz, I've actually done myself. The former is how I always bypass the caterpillars in Eruga's Forest and the latter really screws up the way the game loads the area, so you pretty much have to kill yourself to reset it. He also somehow manages to cause one of those boss snails to appear in Garloz through that glitch, although it's messed up and using the sprites from one of the enemies in Dorago's Palace. |
