Oh, good! Each cat just took a shit, each one had a turd remaining stuck to them, they both ran through the house, and they each left a little brown treasure smeared on the floor in different places.

It's pretty easy to distinguish between our cats' voices, but we only have two, so...

Don't think Pepper is all innocent. Caramel was lap catting on me and being a good girl. Then she ran off and Pepper got on me. A little while later, Caramel came back. She sat beside me on the sofa and let me pet her, but when she acted like she might want to get on me, too, Pepper, for no reason and with no warning, smacked her right in the center of her face. I put my arm between them so Pepper couldn't do that again. Caramel let me pet her some more, then she tried getting on again, and Pepper just smacked her again.

So, it's not like Pepper doesn't instigate the fights sometimes.

Pepper is becoming nocturnal. She sleeps all day and gets wound up while we're trying to sleep. Last night, several times, she got by my side of the bed, on the floor, where there's some paper, and was tearing it up. What annoys me about that is that I put some paper for her to tear up in one of the castles, and even sprayed it with cat nip, and she ignores it. Maybe there's too much paper in there, though -- it practically fills the castle.
