I thought that picture of John McCain reminded me of a Dick Tracy villain that I saw in one of the comics that had been posted at Joshreads. Instead of going through his archive to find it, I searched Dick Tracy villains, and I, too, thought "Michael Jackson? What??" at first.

And they both kind of remind me of Dr. Calzoun, too, but that might just be because of the hat. Don't know if a hat is really enough to count. Dr. Calzoun also reminds me of something else, but I don't know what, and one of these days I'm going to figure it out and post it. I'm thinking it's a muppet, but I'm not sure which one and I don't know all of their names. 0o I want my cake, wanna eat it, too...I want blue diamonds and yellow moons. I spend my money on Lucky Charms...My favorite sausage is Hickory Farms. I want pizza, lots and lots o pizza...I want that pie in the sky. Sr., but the hat is the only thing that really makes any connection to Milon, IMO. I know that Muppets influenced his original design, but after watching 3 seasons of the show, I don't think I based him on any particular muppet. I haven't seen one yet that looks quite like him.
