I wouldn't be bothered by this type of person. There was a time in my life when I wouldn't be either, but I'm just getting sick of retards everywhere I go. Someone else mentioned the fights in Ice Hockey as being violent, but instead he picks THAT to complain that there's no blood. (It's also not the first time I've run into stupidity there.) I've been going there less and less lately, and I can see that it's probably better for everyone if I just stop.

Most of those really aren't very violent at all. Also, since when does Ken Hayabusa get sliced in half in the opening? Even if some good choices got left off, he was basing that on what games he's played, and since it's a message board, everyone has the opportunity to reply with their own choices. It's just the person who replied to me and said that Arthur doesn't lose his skin when he becomes a skeleton and there was no blood that irked me, especially since some of the other choices don't involve blood either.

For another, I don't particularly think of the NES as being "Cute and cuddly". Sure, it's got it's share of G-rated games like Super Mario Bros., Little Nemo, and the Disney Capcom games. But "Cute and Cuddly" certainly doesn't describe Ninja Gaiden, Contra, Bionic Commando, Maniac Mansion, Shadowgate, Metal Gear, Strider, Gradius, etc.

But he just kept saying that those games were all still "too kiddy" and he went on and on about how the Playstation was superior to Nintendo for being more mature. Everyone's entitled to their opinions, but I just don't understand why people who think that way bother going to retrogaming forums. He also told me to shut up in another topic, so that pretty much made it impossible for me to care about what he had to say at all.
