Depends on what type of rap it is, I guess. I've heard some that's literally just a guy talking into a mic with (maybe) a steady drum beat in the background. But other rap is more elaborate than that.

Ok, If you really want to get into a discussion like this, You have to really think about what music is. If you think about It, Music is just sounds that are put together in a way that appeals to the human ear. So I think It's rather stupid to criticize music you don't like as "Noise" Because ALL music is noise.

Well, Mabe you can call music you don't like "Noise" because sound is what we hear, And noise is unwanted sound. But that doesn't change the fact that music is sound.
