The stupidest part of all is that it doesn't even look like a kaffiyeh. And I had a feeling it wouldn't even before I looked at the larger version of the image.

oh ok. but i thought the french popularised scarfs(sp?) in that colour. what do extremist muslims with no fashion sense gotta do with it? yankee can't tell difference between scarf and some dusty rag?
