I never finished it. I think I got to some palace and couldn't find my way through it. I personally prefer the gameplay style of the first Zelda more, but I need to finish this one someday. I actually think I really wouldn't mind seeing another Zelda game in this style because the Zelda 1 formula is getting overdone now. Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link? It's different from the first one, but so are Castlevania 2 and Mario 2. I wish more game sequels would take a different route like they did in the NES era rather than just try to be clones of the first game with more features and less challenge. Another thing that's great about this game is its awesome title screen. I like the way the text comes up in the background rather than switching to a whole new screen. I still think some things like the walk-through walls and floors and the Three Eye Rock palace secret were a little too cryptic, but like others have said there's now a million games in the series done in the other style so it's good to have one that's different. ~ Kairobi King ~
