The Ninja Gaiden Trilogy remakes of the NES Ninja Gaiden 1-3 songs. The Bazilisk Mine Field music from 1 was particularly buthchered. They played it with a
xylophone.
The Mega Man 4 ending remake of Mega Man 2's ending theme. It didn't have the same sound samples and it sounded watered down and was missing parts. It just looped a part of it. (It's weird that they did this because the music for the train ride home is some of the best in the NES series and it would've been so much better to just end it on that note.)
