Anyone here ever played the Japanese Game Gear Lunar? My roommate's bat shit for Lunar, to the point where he bought all 7 disc art variants and most other
console reiterations from various regions, but I don't think he's aware of that one. Wondering if it'd be worth tracking down (I'm trying to be
good and Christmas shop early for once).

Don't ask me. I finished the Playstation version, and I think it was one of the worst games I've ever played. So, I don't have a lot of interest in
any other versions. It was derivative enough the first time.

i think your roomie masturbates too much. i've only ever heard of the psx version. sounds like a typical 2-d rpg but with a lot more anime-style cut scenes
than usual. so why doesn't he like xenogear better? oh nevermind.

Magic School Lunar, or Strolling School Lunar is the Gamegear game you're talking about. It's not another rehash, but a Gaiden story about a group of
students that join the... I'm guessing Vane's magic University. It was later remade for the Saturn, which your friend may already own. It's not a
bad game from what I played of it... pretty simple and linear but it's a handheld, what would you expect? But it doesn't have any of charm of the first
two games. But if your friend is a fan and collects that sort of thing it would definately be a good gift.

funny i found out about the english translations of 2 langrisser game aftertalking about masturbating to anime here. if i remember correctly, the same people
who made the lunar series made most of the langrisser series. the official "artwork" i googled for the langrisser games might be better for
masturbation. sure a hell lotta crotch shots.
