What the hell is with that huge Batman-shaped hole he made in the wall in the fourth panel? Or does he open up Batman-shaped portals to get from one location to another quickly, like the Warp Zones on Captain N? Oh, and I've also gotta love how the Batcave leads right into his kitchen.

I think it's still $30. I sort of got mine for $10, because I got it during that Toys 'R Us Buy 2 Used Get 1 Free sale. Problem was, I would up getting Maximo 2 free, because it was $20 instead of the marked $30. I just pretended I paid for Maximo 2, and X7 was $10. I enjoyed it, personally, as have UC and Mindspin (Mindspin recommends it as a rental, though). And it's definitely not unplayable, but it does take some getting used to (do not go to Wild Boarski's level first like I did. His icon is the one that looks more like some kind of octopus or squid instead of a boar, and is one unit clockwise of the hyena). And I found it extremely difficult to play as Zero and X.
EDIT: Okay, I just now made out Boarski on the disc for his level. Helluva background color choice, Capcom. Strangely, I went to GameInformer.com, and they had given X7 a 7.5/10. In a recent magazine, they had an article called "What were they thinking?" and they ranted and raved about how awful X7 was.  The voice acting is irritating, though. I never muted my TV, and Axl's VA tried (he's voiced by a woman, and the result was closer to Ash Ketchum than Bart Simpson.) But the actual voice acting is nothing compared to the noises Flame Hyenard makes during the battle (BurburburntotheBURNburburnburntothegroundBURNBURN...) And, as you should already know, the X7 Sigma is a Dark Helmet wannabe. I'm also wondering something... how many people switch the Dash to (one of) the Right shoulder button(s) like I've done since the first X game on SNES? CK, Axl's a cool dude, but there's no one cooler in that game than Johnny or Slayer. They're just so... awesome. One's a bad dude with a trench coat and samurai sword and the other's a Shakespeare vampire. It's mindblowingly sweet.

That's punishment, allright.....  I made a video of my Level 47 Bebedora kicking ass in the Orcoth Tournament. Dammit, it's just too bad that you can't have less than 5 characters in a battle in the final area.
