I&#39;ve heard before that some companies prefer for you to not have gaps in your employment, but never before have I seen it stated so boldly right in the
print, and as an absolute requirement. The only reason I can think for this is that they&#39;re discriminating against laid-off workers who have been out of a
job for several... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ already happened here in the 90s but they don&#39;t publish it in the ads. lots of experienced/overqualified 40+ year olds complaining about this in the
grapevine, online, and the more sleazy papers. heard the mcdonald&#39;s do it too. you&#39;ll hardly see a (McD&#39;s)restaurant manager who&#39;s older than
35 around these parts. &quot;good&quot; thing, my local man don&#39;t give out no unemployment cheques to dirty parasitic hobos. ]]></description>
