This is from our housing inspection report. Along with having the PDF, the guy doing the inspection actually told us that he tested these wires and they were
live.

We finally had someone look at them yesterday. He drilled a hole into our wall and ran a camera into it. When the camera located the wires, you could clearly

I was also told that the moisture level in the tree doesn&#39;t have anything to do with whether or not it catches fire when struck. If the <span style="font-style: italic;">ground</span> has enough moisture it will absorb the bolt.

			<description><![CDATA[ The top of the pine tree in front of our house is dead and I figured out why. It looks like it was struck by lightning. You can clearly see a streak down one
side where the bark is seared away. The bolt went down and hit a large branch, which then partially broke away from the trunk and fell down, but came to rest
on another branch. Amazingly, that branch is not quite dead yet.

			<description><![CDATA[ Some people are trying to sell insurance to us such that the house is paid off if either one of us dies.  Okay.  But it&#39;s a huge rip-off because they only
cover accidental death.  If we&#39;d die in a car crash, there&#39;s a good chance that both of us could be in the car at the same time.  So, what are the odds
that one of us would die in an accident, but not the other?
