Although, if it's not clear at this point, I use Facebook. It was (and is) a great way to stay in touch with my RL friends when I'm stuck in the middle of the desert like I am now.

I think I was able to just edit my settings so I didn't get those e-mails. Facebook has that option, too - and I use it.
