I don't know what happened to you at other message boards, but a lot of people on the internet really are teenagers and little kids, and when someone comes in here acting like one and won't make any attempt to listen to reason, then I feel people are justified in responding with, "You're too young to understand". What I think is even stupider is when they reply to that accusation with, "HA! I'm actually in my 20's!!" (or 30's), as if now everything...

I've seen it at other boards YEARS ago. I think one person who pulled it on me, as though as I was a teenager, eventually turned out to be about 3 years older than me.

The difference in the Honen case is that Honen knows for a fact what Honen will be like in a few years. Most people don't have that privilege.

it would be great if people take that from me and misappropriate it. That's one of the problems with the internet - the people who the criticism is applied to will never ever see it within themselves. Instead, they'll just try to take the argument and turn it around for their own benefit. That's what the "Delayed Copycat Response" is all about.

When you have a house full of kids, it's just something I can imagine happening regardless of precautions. And I'm not the type of person who's going to scream at a kid and call him stupid because he slips and makes a mistake.

I don't know how much market there would be for the Wii-proof TV, but if someone owns or plans to own a Wii and was going to be getting a new TV anyway, it's an option to think about, I suppose.
