I heard ELP&#39;s &quot;Lucky Man&quot; two days in a row, both times on the way to work in the morning, and on two completely different radio stations. Odd
considering the last time I heard that song was before I left NJ. In fact it had been so long, I couldn&#39;t quite remember if it even was ELP or not...until
it got to the synthesizer part at... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I don&#39;t mind them playing songs from the 80s, it&#39;s just that when a song from &#39;88 is considered an &quot;oldie&quot; (and I do mean the
&quot;oldies&quot; station, not classic rock or classic hits), it makes me REALLY feel old. And yeah, the band is from the 60&#39;s, which is probably why they
can play it.

But the terminology *kind of* makes sense, because rock&#39;n&#39;roll is only so old.  You don&#39;t have to worry about what to call rock&#39;n&#39;roll of
the &#39;30&#39;s, because there wasn&#39;t any.  So, the first stuff was &quot;oldies&quot;, then &quot;classic rock&quot;, then I don&#39;t know what to call
music after that.  I guess it&#39;s back to calling it &quot;80&#39;s... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ i used to listen to internet radio stations/audio streams back in school where there's broadband. don't do that anymore. listened to an R.E.M. station on a rather popular R.E.M. fansite. some american indie rock stations and a mix of MP3.com stations(before it got bought over by some bigass company who changed it all).<br>

there isn't much on the local airwaves here.<br>

i like listening to x'ho's show in the morning @ lush 99.5. pretty much tune in to that station most of the time.... ]]></description>
