Items always seem to have killer accuracy. Even if you throw it to the sky, it always seems to hit its target.<br>

Every item has a corresponding sound effect and strobe light effect.<br>

You do not need to drink a potion. You just simply throw it to the sky and it freefalls onto your target's head, and poof, they're healed.<br>
