I've read some reviews that say that the book is very left-leaning.  I'm not sure that that is the case.  While ultimately all the main characters (except Rorschach, the one expressing Ayn Rand-esque sympathies) privy to the &quot;secret&quot; decide to go along with it, that doesn't necessarily mean the audience or the authors agree with that.  The authors could very well be making out Rorschach, by not going along with the plan, out to be a hero.  <br>

			<description><![CDATA[ Okay, Thousand Year Door. This is my third attempt to actually get going with this game and this is the farthest I've gotten. <br>

I started the game, watch dead eyed Peach get herself into some trouble, met up with party member Goombella, found the Thousand Year Door under the city, and got the location for the first Crystal Star, Petal Meadows. This is probably not even half an hour worth of actual play, though. <br>

So far, the only thing that's been constant for a while is the climate problem.  However, the green party member is insisting that has nothing to do with the climate control computers, but rather some tower ... which in the story came out of nowhere.<br>

We go to a town, and the town is infected by an illness.  This came out of nowhere.  But that didn't stop a party member from contracting that infection instantly.<br>... ]]></description>

Every character but Rika and Wren (? The android) was dead.  Rika was almost dead.  Rika didn't have a revive spell.  I decided to have Wren attack rather than heal, on assumption that if I healed, I'd just be stuck healing every round to try to make up the damage.  At that point, one more attack killed the boss.<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I beat a few more missions in AFDS. One was another mission that has you flying down a narrow canyon and then doing circles at the end to take out a row of targets. The catch is that the targets are at the bases of these gigantic fans that can suck you in, and a few times I lost control of the plane. I still managed to beat that mission on my first try.<br>

I was doing really good on a Stand-by mission but I should've just ended it when I was ahead. I pressed my luck and took too many... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ For Super Paper Mario, it's not just that the end of the game sounds tedious.  You also said that the beginning of the game lasted a half an hour before there was any gameplay, which is something I HATE about modern games.  (For those who don't recall, the original Super Mario RPG had a very good opening)<br>

So, what's left?  The premise?  But this is at least the 5th game that puts Mario in an RPG, so I don't think the premise should count for anything anymore. <br>
